About the collections

SAIC Digital Collections is an online repository created as a joint project of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Art Institute of Chicago. A collaboration between the Flaxman Library (SAIC) and the Ryerson & Burnham Libraries (AIC), SAIC Digital Collections features materials from the special collections of both institutions, made available online to all users.

Collections include materials from the Joan Flasch Artists Book Collection, Ryerson & Burnham Finding Aids Collection, the Roger Brown Study Collection, and the Chicago Architectural Sketch Club, with new collections and materials added all the time.
